The series comprised 12 races in the full series and 6 in the short series of which two were abandoned, and hosting duties were shared between RANSA, RSYS and RPEYC. Our thanks to RO Gaye Rosen and our volunteers for the RANSA hosted events
Fleets averaged around 30 which is not at all bad considering the wet and windy conditions prevailing for almost all of the races.
There were 9 RANSA entries in the total of 56 who signed up for the series, and RANSA punched above its weight winning 4 of the 5 divisions in the full series and 3 in the short series: Fortune of War and Navy One disputing the honours in both series for the Non Spin 1 Division ( final results await the decision of the jury on points to be allocated to Fortune of War which was damaged in race 4 after a stellar start) , Sigurd and Black Diamond Bay clearly winning Spinnaker divisions 1 and 2 in both series, and Wah Moon won Div 2 Non spin in the full series and came 2nd in the short series.
