It is one of the constants of yacht racing, organising and managing crew.
Skippers looking for additional crew or people looking for a ride, either first timers wanting to give it a go, or more experienced crew wanting to broaden their sailing experience by racing with someone else.
RANSA will wherever possible try to facilitate the introduction of crew and skippers. There is now a Crew Wanted and Crew Available whiteboard where you can put your name down just outside the Whaler Bar on Race Days. If you know requirements or availability prior to a specific race day then please contact the Office and they will post this for you prior.
